Nikki holds a Bachelor
of Science degree in Health Education and Biology
and has an extensive background in exercise physiology
and personal fitness coaching. She has been certified
with The American College of Sports Medicine as a
Health, Fitness Specialist. She has coordinated aerobic
conditioning programs since the early 80's and has
worked in program design/implementation and facility
management at The Cooper Institute for Aerobics Research,
The Spa at the Crescent Hotel (Dallas, TX) and for
Club Corp of America.
Nikki has coordinated
health and fitness expos and wellness programs in
Texas and Colorado and is currently serving as Executive
Director of Colorado Springs Connex, a community reaching
health and wellness program involving more than 50
area businesses. She is a Naturopathic Doctor Student
as well as a practitioner in the "Lifestyle For
Health" clinic in Denver.
A member of the Wholly
Fit Coaching Team since 2002, Nikki designs all of
Wholly Fit’s swimming pool-based fitness programs
and personally instructs many of the classes. Reach

Joni has earned her accreditation
as a Certified Personal Trainer through AAAI/ISMA
(American Aerobic Association International/International
Sports Medicine Association). And she has been involved
in personal fitness program development with Bally
Total Fitness, U.S.A. since 2001. In addition to being
American Red Cross certified, Joni is also certified
through Bally Total Fitness for Personal Training
Fundamentals, Physics of Stretching, Bosu Trainer
and will soon be pilates certified as well.
Joni excels at private, one-on-one
coaching and has developed a reputation as a weight
loss specialist. She coaches all clients with an eye
toward the attainment of specific goals, and incorporates
proper dietary practices, proper way cardiovascular
training and resistance training.
In 2003 she was ranked as the number thirteen Personal
Trainer in the United States for Bally Total Fitness.

Keith Harris

The newest addition to the Wholly Fit Coaching
Team, Keith is Bally Total Fitness, PTF (Personal
Training Fundamentals) certified and is in the
process of completing his next certification through
ISSA (International Sports Science Association).
He also has 14 years of experience in bodybuilding
and power lifting, having trained for four years
with IBFA (International Bodybuilding and Fitness
Association) professional bodybuilder, Paul Norris.
While serving in the United States Army, Keith
was four times awarded the Presidential Fitness
Award. An award bestowed only on the most physically
fit U.S. Armed Forces personnel. He served seven
years in the 29th Light Infantry Division before
moving on to corporate management, spending
seven years as a Senior Account Manager, and
earning his B.A. from Ashworth College in Pennsylvania.
In addition to heading up Wholly Fit’s
retailer relations and maintaining his own In-home
Coaching client base, Keith helps coordinate,

Alison Elwell

Ali is Wholly Fit’s resident outdoors
person. She is an avid hiker, experienced camper,
trail runner and climber. She takes frequent
trips to remote corners of the Colorado Rockies
to hike and camp. She blends this passion for
the outdoors and knowledge of bodily function
to create unique and creative exercise programs
for her small-group classes and personal clients.
Ali holds an AAS degree in Early Child Development
from Normandale College in Eden Prairie, MN
and also possesses a Child Care Specialist Certification
from Rasmussen College, Minnetonka, MN. In addition
to being first aid and CPR certified, Alison
is a Certified Personal Trainer through the
American Council on Exercise (ACE).
As Coordinator for our Northeast Temple Builders
facility, she is responsible for designing all
classes, overseeing schedules and keeping our
Temple Builders on track for attaining their

Jan Crawford

Jan has been a Certified Personal Trainer and
Fitness Instructor since the mid-1990s. In addition
to holding a BBA in Marketing, she holds Personal
Trainer (1995) and Group Fitness Instructor
(1992) certifications through AFAA (Aerobics
and Fitness Association of America). She is
also a certified Pilates and Yoga instructor
and has most recently completed a lengthy training
to earn a certification as a Stott Pilates Reformer
Instructor.
A member of
the Wholly Fit Coaching Team since 2002, Jan
teaches a wide variety of classes including
Hi/Low, Low Impact, Interval, Circuit Training,
GolfFit, SkiFit, Strength & Conditioning,
Yoga & Pilates as well as Weight Training
for women (Women on Weights) and Senior Weight
Training. She designs all of Wholly Fit’s
yoga and pilates classes as well as instructing
individual clients on advanced yoga and pilates

Derrick Wilburn
President

A twelve-year veteran of high tech sales, marketing
and business development, Derrick was very much
at the forefront of the “tech boom”
of the 1990s, living and working in the heart
of California’s “Silicon Valley”
from 1989 until 2000. Derrick holds a Bachelor’s
of Science degree in Marketing and Economics,
as well as a Master’s of Business Administration
from the University of San Francisco. He became
one of the youngest District Managers in the
nation for a major player in the wireless data
communication industry before moving on to become
a Director at one of the world’s largest
internet email providers, where he was responsible
for building international distribution and
co-marketing partner alliances. He has also
served as a faculty adjunct in the school of
business at the University of Phoenix’s
San Jose, CA campus.
In January
of 2001, he left high tech and corporate America,
relocated his family to Colorado and founded
Wholly Fit, a company and ministry dedicated
to promoting physical well being. A lifelong
proponent of healthy, active living, and now
a 24/5 Certified Fitness Professional through
the 24Hour Fitness chain. Derrick draws upon
his experience in the corporate arena to encourage
teams and individuals to achieve lofty goals
in the area of physical conditioning.
As an accomplished
motivational speaker and President of Wholly
Fit, Derrick is able to encourage and teach
the components of improved physical function
and wholeness. He is available for speaking
