Ministries was started because of the Alternative to Yoga stretching program is the most universally appealing fitness program we've ever used in church fitness programs. It is the stretching program that WholyFit began with: Gentle Body Power. The stretching program used to simply be called "WholyFit", the same name as the ministry. The new name for this program is M.A.T. in order to avoid the confusion between WholyFit Ministries and the WholyFit stretching program.
The Devotional Exercise system called M.A.T. appeals to everyone and is a contemporary, cutting edge fitness class
that has proven to be popular and well-received with all types of people
and fitness levels in the church and health club environment. It is
highly versatile and can be offered just as effectively as a high intensity, athletic type
program or as a gentle, comforting entry level fitness program for
beginners.
WholyFit is an original stretching and strengthening mind-body exercise system performed in a stress-free, comforting format. Technically, WholyFit is multi-joint functional core training using musculo-neural activation techniques
